TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Future Bridge Africa ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Future Bridge Africa is an independent online education consultancy dedicated to helping students and families identify trusted pathways to quality university education opportunities in Rwanda.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between Future Bridge Africa and any individual, parent, guardian, sponsor, or organization ("the Applicant", "you", or "your") that accesses our website, communicates with us, submits an application, or uses any of our consultancy services.

By accessing our services, submitting information, making payment, or requesting assistance from Future Bridge Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Nature of Future Bridge Africa's Services

Future Bridge Africa operates as an independent education consultancy providing guidance and administrative support to students seeking educational opportunities in Rwanda.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing information about available university pathways.

• Assisting applicants in identifying suitable educational institutions.

• Supporting the preparation and organization of application documents.

• Reviewing submitted documents for completeness and consistency.

• Assisting with communication between applicants and educational institutions where appropriate.

• Providing guidance regarding travel preparation.

• Providing general information regarding accommodation options.

• Providing settlement guidance after arrival in Rwanda.

• Offering administrative support throughout the application journey.

Future Bridge Africa does not operate as a university, government authority, immigration office, embassy, airline, accommodation provider, financial institution, or legal representative.

Our role is limited to providing consultancy, guidance, and administrative assistance.

3. Independent Consultancy Relationship

The relationship between Future Bridge Africa and the Applicant is strictly that of an independent service provider and client.

Nothing contained in these Terms creates:

• A partnership.

• An employment relationship.

• An agency relationship.

• A joint venture.

• A guarantee of admission, visa approval, residence approval, employment, or any other outcome.

The Applicant understands that Future Bridge Africa does not have authority to make decisions on behalf of universities, government institutions, immigration authorities, or any third-party organization.

4. University Admission Disclaimer

Future Bridge Africa assists applicants throughout the application process; however, all admission decisions are made solely by the relevant educational institution.

The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Universities independently establish their admission requirements.

• Universities independently evaluate applications.

• Universities may accept or reject applications at their sole discretion.

• Future Bridge Africa cannot influence or control admission decisions.

• Payment of consultancy fees does not guarantee admission.

Future Bridge Africa shall not be held responsible for:

• Admission rejection.

• Delayed admission decisions.

• Changes in university requirements.

• Changes in academic programs.

• Withdrawal of university offers.

• Any decision made by an educational institution.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the admission requirements of their chosen institution.

5. Immigration and Travel Disclaimer

Future Bridge Africa may provide general guidance regarding travel preparation, immigration procedures, and student relocation processes.

However, the Applicant understands and agrees that:

• Visa decisions are made exclusively by immigration authorities.

• Residence permit decisions are made exclusively by government authorities.

• Entry permission is controlled by border and immigration officials.

• Travel requirements may change without notice.

Future Bridge Africa does not guarantee:

• Visa approval.

• Residence permit approval.

• Entry into Rwanda or any other country.

• Approval of immigration applications.

Future Bridge Africa shall not be liable for any refusal, delay, cancellation, or decision made by immigration authorities, embassies, airlines, border officials, or other government institutions.

6. Applicant Eligibility and Responsibilities

By using Future Bridge Africa's services, the Applicant agrees that they are responsible for:

6.1 Accurate Information

The Applicant must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the entire consultancy process.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal information.

• Academic records.

• Identification documents.

• Financial information.

• Travel information.

• Previous education history.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent information may result in:

• Immediate termination of services.

• Withdrawal of applications.

• Reporting to relevant institutions where required by law.

• Loss of any fees paid.

6.2 Authentic Documents

The Applicant confirms that all documents submitted are genuine and legally obtained.

Future Bridge Africa is not responsible for:

• Forged documents provided by applicants.

• False academic records.

• Misrepresentation by applicants.

• Fraud committed by applicants or third parties acting on their behalf.

The Applicant accepts full responsibility for the consequences resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation.

6.3 Cooperation Requirement

Applicants must cooperate fully with Future Bridge Africa by:

• Providing requested documents within required timelines.

• Responding to communications promptly.

• Completing required forms accurately.

• Following instructions provided during the application process.

• Informing Future Bridge Africa of any changes affecting their application.

Failure to cooperate may result in delays or termination of services.

7. Parent, Guardian, and Sponsor Responsibility

Where an Applicant is under the age of majority or financially supported by another individual, the parent, guardian, or sponsor acknowledges that they:

• Understand these Terms.

• Accept responsibility for financial obligations.

• Consent to the Applicant using Future Bridge Africa's services.

• Understand that admission and immigration decisions are outside Future Bridge Africa's control.

Future Bridge Africa may communicate with parents, guardians, or sponsors where authorized by the Applicant.

PART 2: FINANCIAL TERMS, LIABILITY PROTECTION, AND LEGAL CONDITIONS

8. Consultancy Fees and Payments

Future Bridge Africa may charge fees for consultancy, administrative assistance, document preparation support, application support, or other services provided to Applicants.

Before any paid service begins, the Applicant will be informed of:

• The applicable service fees.

• The services included within the payment.

• Any additional costs that may arise.

• Any third-party fees that are separate from Future Bridge Africa's charges.

By making payment, the Applicant confirms that they:

• Understand the service being provided.

• Accept the applicable fees.

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Authorize Future Bridge Africa to begin providing services.

9. Third-Party Costs and Expenses

The Applicant acknowledges that certain expenses are outside the control of Future Bridge Africa.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Future Bridge Africa service fees do not include:

• University tuition fees.

• Accommodation costs.

• Transportation costs.

• Visa or immigration fees.

• Government charges.

• Airline tickets.

• Insurance costs.

• Banking charges.

• Translation, certification, or legal document fees.

The Applicant is responsible for paying all third-party costs directly or as instructed.

Future Bridge Africa is not responsible for changes in third-party pricing, policies, delays, or additional charges.

10. Refund Policy

Future Bridge Africa operates under a limited refund policy because consultancy services require time, administrative work, communication, and preparation once processing begins.

10.1 General Refund Rule

Payments made for consultancy services are generally non-refundable once Future Bridge Africa has started providing services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing documents.

• Preparing applications.

• Communicating with institutions.

• Providing consultation.

• Creating application materials.

• Beginning administrative processing.

10.2 Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered

A refund request may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• Future Bridge Africa is unable to provide the agreed service.

• A payment was made in error and the service has not started.

• A refund is required under applicable law.

All refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing.

• Clearly explain the reason for the request.

• Include supporting evidence where necessary.

Approval of any refund remains subject to review by Future Bridge Africa.

10.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Future Bridge Africa will generally not provide refunds where:

• The applicant changes their mind.

• The applicant decides not to continue studying abroad.

• The applicant fails to provide required documents.

• The applicant provides incorrect or fraudulent information.

• Admission is refused by a university.

• A visa or residence permit is refused.

• Travel plans change.

• The applicant fails to meet university requirements.

• Delays occur due to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Bridge Africa shall not be responsible or liable for losses, damages, expenses, delays, or consequences arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• University admission decisions.

• Immigration decisions.

• Government regulations.

• Visa refusals.

• Border restrictions.

• Airline cancellations.

• Accommodation issues.

• Changes in educational policies.

• Economic changes.

• Delays caused by applicants.

• Actions or failures of third-party service providers.

Future Bridge Africa's responsibility is limited to providing professional consultancy services with reasonable care and diligence.

12. Exclusion of Certain Liabilities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

However, Future Bridge Africa shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect losses.

• Loss of future opportunities.

• Loss of expected income.

• Loss of academic opportunities caused by third parties.

• Emotional distress arising from decisions made by independent institutions.

• Costs incurred due to applicant negligence or failure to follow instructions.

13. Applicant Indemnification

The Applicant agrees to protect, defend, and hold harmless Future Bridge Africa, its owners, employees, representatives, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

• False information provided by the Applicant.

• Fraudulent documents submitted by the Applicant.

• Violation of university rules.

• Violation of immigration laws.

• Misuse of Future Bridge Africa services.

• Failure to comply with instructions.

• Claims caused by actions outside Future Bridge Africa's control.

This obligation remains effective even after completion or termination of services.

14. Service Suspension and Termination

Future Bridge Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

• The Applicant provides false information.

• The Applicant submits fraudulent documents.

• The Applicant behaves abusively toward staff or representatives.

• The Applicant fails to provide required information.

• The Applicant fails to make required payments.

• Continuing the relationship may create legal or reputational risk.

Termination does not automatically entitle the Applicant to a refund.

15. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Future Bridge Africa respects the privacy of Applicants and processes personal information only for legitimate business purposes related to providing consultancy services.

Personal information may include:

• Identification information.

• Academic records.

• Contact information.

• Application documents.

• Travel-related information.

Information may be shared only when necessary with:

• Universities.

• Educational institutions.

• Government authorities where legally required.

• Service providers assisting with applications.

Future Bridge Africa takes reasonable measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted through the internet.

Applicants should review the Future Bridge Africa Privacy Policy for additional details.

16. Communication and Electronic Acceptance

The Applicant agrees that communication may occur through:

• Email.

• Website forms.

• Telephone calls.

• Messaging platforms.

• Other electronic communication methods.

Electronic approval, submission of an application, payment confirmation, or continued use of services may constitute acceptance of these Terms.

Electronic records may be used as evidence of agreements and communications.

17. Force Majeure

Future Bridge Africa shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Such events may include:

• Natural disasters.

• Government restrictions.

• Political instability.

• Internet failures.

• Public health emergencies.

• War or security issues.

• Changes in laws or regulations.

• Third-party service failures.

During such circumstances, Future Bridge Africa will make reasonable efforts to continue services where possible.

PART 3: GOVERNING TERMS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND FINAL AGREEMENT

18. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, branding, designs, logos, written information, website content, documents, templates, and other materials created or provided by Future Bridge Africa remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

The Applicant agrees not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell Future Bridge Africa materials without written permission.

• Use company documents or resources for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• Misrepresent Future Bridge Africa's services or identity.

Unauthorized use of Future Bridge Africa intellectual property may result in legal action where appropriate.

19. Website Use and Online Conduct

Applicants using the Future Bridge Africa website, online platforms, or communication channels agree to use them responsibly.

Applicants must not:

• Submit false information.

• Attempt unauthorized access to company systems.

• Upload harmful files or malicious software.

• Use the platform for illegal purposes.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse company representatives.

• Impersonate another person.

Future Bridge Africa reserves the right to restrict access to individuals who misuse its platforms.

20. Relationship With Universities and External Institutions

Future Bridge Africa may provide information regarding universities, academic institutions, accommodation providers, travel companies, or other organizations.

However:

• Future Bridge Africa does not control third-party organizations.

• Third parties operate according to their own rules, policies, and decisions.

• Any agreement between the Applicant and a third party is separate from the agreement between the Applicant and Future Bridge Africa.

Future Bridge Africa does not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, acceptance, or performance of any third-party service.

21. Changes to Terms and Services

Future Bridge Africa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes may occur due to:

• Business development.

• Legal requirements.

• Changes in services.

• Changes in government regulations.

• Improvements to customer protection.

Updated Terms will become effective once published through appropriate company channels.

Applicants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it legally effective while preserving its original purpose.

23. No Waiver

Failure by Future Bridge Africa to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Future Bridge Africa maintains the right to enforce these Terms at any future time.

24. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operations of Future Bridge Africa.

Where services are provided in Rwanda, matters may be subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda.

Where services involve applicants, clients, or transactions connected to Liberia, applicable Liberian laws may also apply where relevant.

The Applicant agrees that any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith communication and reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution.

Where an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate competent legal authority according to applicable law.

25. Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the Applicant agrees to:

1. Submit a written complaint to Future Bridge Africa.

2. Provide relevant details and supporting evidence.

3. Allow reasonable time for investigation and response.

4. Attempt good-faith resolution.

This process is intended to encourage fair and efficient resolution of disagreements.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with:

• The Privacy Policy.

• Refund Policy.

• Application forms.

• Service agreements.

• Payment confirmations.

constitute the complete agreement between Future Bridge Africa and the Applicant.

Any previous discussions, messages, or representations that conflict with these Terms shall not apply unless confirmed in writing by Future Bridge Africa.
